I had opened dolphin, I needed to read a DVD content so I inserted the DVD into the DVD reader device. after mount the volume I got the error although dolphin still running.

Thanks for the bug report. This is a crash in the KIO library which has been reported already.

dolphin (4.12.5) on KDE Platform 4.12.5 using Qt 4.8.5

I was mounting a removable drive (fat32); Upon accessing the drive from Dolphin file manager i was prompted by a window saying that Kwin is crashed.
