Description tarpoon 2014-03-26 23:47:17 UTC
I am using Choqok with a status.net server, which has a limit of 640 characters per notice, however the counter inside Choqoks Input field always counts from 140 chars.

Posting overlong messages seems to work though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. register with a status.net server which allows more or less than 140 chars (I am using status.pirati.ca )
2. start writing a message
Actual Results:
The counters starts counting from 140 chars and not from the actual limit which is set for the server.

Expected Results:
The counter should start counting from the limit which is actually set on the server.

I am using the choqok version from the ppa:adilson/experimental ppa
