File Dialog does not complain when opening non-existent folder.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a file in Kate.
2. Click File -> Save. This will start a file save dialog.
3. Click on the right of the path breadcrumbs to start editing the path.
4. Type in a non-existent path, press Enter.
5. Click the "v" button on the right of the path to switch back to breadcrumbs mode.
6. Click Update/Reload or press F5 to reload.
Actual Results:  
File dialog does not complain at any of these steps.

Expected Results:  
It should refuse to enter the non-existent folder.
