When installing a new theme or wallpaper from the "Download ..." button, the GHNS dialog opens, but when installing an item, it never finishes.

I've had a closer look, and it seems the file never finishes downloading but stops after a few KB, and then it just sits there. This might be a problem in KIO, perhaps with that specific opendesktop server.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Wallpaper dialog
2. Click install on a wallpaper
3. Wait and see it not finishing
Actual Results:  
It doesn't finish

Expected Results:  
It should finish installing the wallpaper (or theme), which should then be visible in the list to choose from.

if this is bug in knewstuff it will be good to clone this bug in frameworks-knewstuff

It's probably a bug in kio itself (or in the http slave)

fixed by bugfixes in kio and khotnewstuff
