Dragging files from the trash to the desktop changes their permissions (which leads to an error saying my disk might be full!)

Permissions are only preserved when using "Restore". A drag&drop away from the trashcan should effectively be a "Restore To..." operation, i.e. Restore+Move to path.

Testing in Maui and Mint KDE I see that this is now fixed.
