ksysguardd periodically accesses auto-mounted NFS shares which prevents them from timing out. This behavior is particular for NFS shares, it does not occur for auto-mounted sshfs file systems. Reproducible: Always Bug #184062 is probably related.

I am also experiencing this using autofs on kubuntu 19.10 and ksysguard with default settings (ie not monitoring any disk related activities). The autofs in this situation is mounting removable disks for use by bacula backup. ksysguard prevents automount from releasing the drive from the mount point after the configured timeout period. This works perfectly if ksysguard is not running. See also https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/60979/autofs-mounts-not-disconnecting-after-inactive/560647#560647 for additional debug log info I have posted there.
ksysguard is no longer maintained, in Plasma 6 there is the Plasma system monitor for this task. If your issue still happens with the Plasma 6 replacement, please re-open and we can move this bug to the new product, thanks!
