there are warnings written to console but there is no visual feedback to the end user. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create google mail account
2.create a group (can be even empty) with name "TESTA"
3.create another group named "TESTA"
4. try to create a google contacts resource in kontact or kaddressbook
Actual Results:  
no addressbook is visible

This is fixed in upcoming KDE 4.14, where IDs instead of names are used for Collection names, to prevent the conflict.
