Description Paul Geraskin 2014-03-12 08:33:35 UTC
Hi guys.

I have a wish about Non-Destructive Transform. For example, we can put a texture and transform it many times with loseless quality (just like to scale in vector app) using our lovely Transform Tool. This feature can be added to a Layer or LayerGroup as TransformMask. Just add TransformMask and use Transform Tool on it.

And if we switch TransformMask off there will be texture without any distortion.

I talked to Dmitry and he confirmed this is cool feature.

Here is usecase where the Non-Destructive can be heavily used (house is 2d drawing): http://i.imgur.com/XrVznNL.png

As far as i know, SmartObjects can do it in PS. So, it would be cool to get this feature in Krita. :)

Thanks.

This also give us Possibility to extend Clones.
- Possibility to transform ClonedLayers (scale, rotate).
- Possibility for Radial CloneArray tool.
