I want to open that setting and always crash. What could I do. I use kmy 4.6.1 and ALSO I could not installed 4.6.4 due to some errors in the installation.

Can you provide a backtrace, or start it from terminal and paste the output of the crash here, please?

Please try this with 4.6.4. If you can't install it please provide the error that prevents you from doing that.

Thanks a lot, I try it in 4.6.4 as u told me, in Linux Mint: everything 
fine.
