(*** This bug was imported into bugs.kde.org ***) Package: kmail Version: KDE 2.9.0 CVS/CVSup/Snapshot Severity: wishlist Installed from: Compiled sources Compiler: Not Specified OS: Linux OS/Compiler notes: Not Specified I suspect that KMail when filtering using a regular expression uses case insensitive regular expression because a subject filter ^[A-Z]+$ also acts on the subject 'test'. It would be nice if it was possible have an option for case sensitve matching. (Submitted via bugs.kde.org)
Can confirm on latest cvs head.
This is a valid wish - but I would not implement it without a good idea of adding no further clutter to the UI.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
