Description Aaron Honeycutt 2014-02-28 21:12:30 UTC
If you have 2 factor login on your google account you cannot login to google talk.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter Google Talk info
2. Try to login
3. Error message about wrong account password
Actual Results:
Error message about password

Expected Results:
Load friend accounts
Comment 1 David Edmundson 2014-02-28 21:38:20 UTC
Workaround:
Set and use an application specific password.

Technically we should be able to support 2-factor auth via https://developers.google.com/talk/jep_extensions/oauth. We may need to reassign this bug to "support OAuth" once we have Webaccounts and SSO.
