On a system with a German locale the "Accounts" entry in the KTP KCM is displayed after the "General" KCM leading to a weird situation where opening the KCM opens up the "General" entry first. I believe this is attributed to the fact that the KCM's are ordered alphabetically. Possible solution is to add a weight entry to the Accounts KCM to make it always appear on the top.
