Hi,
Sorry for my bad english.
I try to explain you :

imagine you are a file in your folder do for exemple 1Ko
you are an archive with the same name but with 5ko

If you extract, KDE ask you if you want replace ok ? 
but there is the same size so that these files are different

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. take a file 
2. do archive with other file but with a same name
3. extract
4. the 2 files show same size
Actual Results:  
The bug it is just the size in the popup
The extract and paste run fine

Thanks for the bug report. AFAIK, this dialog is shown by KIO, so I'll reassign.

Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
