in kaddressbbook
in akonadi google addressbook
add a photo to a contact x
then
with firefox open your gmail account
go to "contacts"
go to x card
open the x card
there is no photo


Reproducible: Always

a new phenomenon : when adding a photo then google contact crashes

google contact crashes
then
i restart google contact
then
google contact crashes
without end

i must delete the contact then create it again

importing a vcf file with a photo then same pb as comment #1

if i am lucky then photo is not synced to gmail contacts

also if i add a photo to gmail contacts then it is not synced to kaddressbook

this morning i start my pc then i go to kaddressbook then i see the photo in gmail contact was synced to kaddressbook .

photo is well synced to kaddressbook but you must wait one day !

This bug has only been reported for versions older than KDEPIM 4.14 (at most akonadi-1.3). Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a recent version of akonadi (part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.
