I didn't write this code but for me it only scrolls by one channel. I guess we'll need a sensitivity configuration for this. -- George Staikos

There are steps in the wheel > so it should be the same as with other mice. I have a Logitech mouseman non-cordless non optical with a wheel and it doesn't do this as I said. Anyways not a problem. I had an IBM mouse that would scroll at Warp 3 compared with this. I will try to get a configuration option for mouse sensitivity into 0.8.10/11. -- George Staikos
This didn't happen, and won't happen. The rewrite works much better in this regard. Please try using the upcoming alpha2 release if you can use Xv, or the beta/final release with a v4l driver.
