in some books when i use a highlighter it exceeds the limits of letters. the highlighter can take under and above the line

Reproducible: Sometimes

Actual Results:  
i can't read the book because i can't annotate on it

Not sure I understand what you mean, can you please attach an screenshot of what you mean and ideally the pdf used for the screenshot?

That is how each pdf returns the height of the characters, there's not much we can do here since can't read the file as we were human, we just obey what the file tells us

It is really sad not to be able to correct this problem because the notification provides to me a great service and especially I like reading my books(pounds) on pc and okular facilitate the spot a lot. Thank you very much
