Description Jan Hajer 2014-01-30 11:53:38 UTC
I use a vertical screen, which makes it hard to use kile with livepreview as it seems impossible to move the livepreview under the editor window.
Is it possible to make the components of kile freely movable like in eg. kdevelop?
This would allow the user to move all the windows where they fit his habbits.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change kile window aspect ratio from horizontal to vertical
2. activate livepreview
3. tex a document and try to read the output
Actual Results:
the output is hardly readable, because the lievpreview is to narrow

Expected Results:
the output is still readable

For vertical monitors, besides live preview, also left sidebar with structure view etc. at the bottom would much improve usability. Even simple boolean flag "Horizontal/Vertical" layout would be a huge step in right direction.
