The "Add Shape", "Statistics", etc dockers work as expected, they can be moved, to the window UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, TABBED, etc.

The main Docker cannot be placed to the TOP or BOTTOM, only LEFT, RIGHT or tabbed.
The video demonstrates the problem.

This behavior happens on two of my computers, on both Kubuntu and ArchLinux, with screen resolutions of 1920x1080 and a dual monitor with 1280x1024 and 1680x1050.

This happens in Words and Spreadsheets and I think all similarly designed products.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calligra Words
2. Move the Main Docker to the window top
Actual Results:  
The main Docker cannot be anchored in the top of the window

Expected Results:  
The main Docker to be anchored in the top of the window like the other dockers.
