Description Maxim Egorushkin 2014-01-23 16:06:00 UTC
When I zoom into a png image 400% and then pan it around it misaligns the parts of the image that come into the view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a png image with straight lines.
2. Zoom to 400%.
3. Pan the image left, right, up and down using the mouse.
Actual Results:
The straight lines become jagged and misaligned.

Expected Results:
Straight lines stay stay straight.
