gui for routing is not handy

please instead of a marble menu option for car,bicycle, pedestrian put in this gui :
- a menu to select the engine
- for the selected engine its options menu
- a tag saying if it is an online or offline engine .

You can get that behavior by deleting the existing profiles and add new ones with the behavior you like. The default profiles are setup like this so people do not need to know about routing backends but still get useful results.
