Now there are exists Instant Messaging Contact plasmoid, but it size is fixed, so I can't place it to panel, only to desktop. Will be good to add dynamic size for it, to display in smaller size on panel and bigger as you like on desktop.

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
