Currently, when Akonadi is initially started after boot and the cache is not yet up to date, it is not visible to the user which folders were already synced and which not.

Thus I propose to display the syncing status of each folder (e.g. by a whirling circle), so the user knows that this folder is not considered up-to-date by Akonadi and its contents might change shortly.
