If I create a new Popup Note in Kontact, it should be appear immediately in Summary, but it doesn't until I restart Kontact. 

Reproducible: Always

I fixed it in 4.12
fix is not perfect but better than in 4.11
(we can correctly fix it in actual code, I port knotes to akonadi in 4.13).
