Krita does not remember any shortcuts that I set via 'Settings> Configure Shortcuts ' upon restarting.

On the other hand, the shortcuts that I set via' Settings> Configure Krita> Canvas Input settings> Alternate Invocation' are alright.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Krita>Settings> Configure Shortcuts
2. Add a custom shortcut for anything, click Ok
3. Restart Krita

Actual Results:  
custom shortcut is not working and has disappeared from Settings> Configure Shortcuts

Expected Results:  
Custom shortcuts are saved when Krita exits

Thank you for the report! It seems we already have this bug in bugzilla. As far as I know Boud is working on it.
