Automatically insert name of file (or directory) under cursor to text area in "New text file" and "New directory" dialogs

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

2. Place cursor on file or directory.
3. Press key for create directory (default F7).
Actual Results:
Dialog "New directory" will be opened.

Already done for "new directory" but not for "new text file".
