Description Christopher Lee Thomas 2013-12-13 14:49:16 UTC
When you create a recurring event using for example Google Calender via it's web interface and you modify one of those recurrences (like you shift one of them from Friday to Thursday). Those changes are not replicated correctly in Korganizer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an event using Google Calendar via it's web interface. For example a weekly one on Fridays
2. Shift one occurence to a different day. For example to Thursday
3. Check the Calendar in Korganizer
Actual Results:
Korganizer shows:
Friday, 13 Dec 2013
Friday, 20 Dec 2013
Friday, 27 Dec 2013

...if you open the Event in Korganizer it will display an Exception of the recurrence for Thu, 19 Dec 2013.

Expected Results:
Google Calender would show:
Friday, 13 Dec 2013
Thursday, 19 Dec 2013
Friday, 27 Dec 2013

This bug has only been reported for versions older than KDEPIM 4.14 (at most akonadi-1.3). Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a recent version of akonadi (part of KDE Applications 15.08 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

Just as announced in my last comment, I close this bug. If you encounter it again in a recent version (at least 5.0 aka 15.08), please open a new one unless it already exists. Thank you for all your input.
