When trying to change a printer's options, the authentication window appears behind the options window, which is modal and steals the focus, so it is practically impossible to type the password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change a printer's options
2.Click "apply"
3.
Actual Results:  
Authentication window appears behind the active modal window

Expected Results:  
Authentication window appears on top
