The launcher tries to launch marble.exe rather than marble-qt.exe. As a result, launching is broken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click launcher for Marble in the start menu.
Actual Results:  
Marble isn't launched.

Expected Results:  
Marble should be launched.
