Description Matthias Devlamynck 2013-11-28 09:25:22 UTC
The behaviour when giving the focus to a window in an other virtual desktop in an other activity is weird. You don't end up in the right desktop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create 2 activities (lets call them A and B)
2. Open one application in one virtual desktop in one activity (firefox or skype in activity B on desktop 2 for example)
3. Go in the other activity in an other virtual desktop (activity A on desktop 1)
4. Somehow send focus to the application in the other activity (open a link in the opened firefox, or give the focus to the window asking it (new message in skype) for example).
Actual Results:
The activity changes as expected but it displays the wrong virtual desktop in both activity. On activity B I'm on desktop 1 and if I go back to activity A I'm on desktop 2.

Expected Results:
The activity changes and I'm on the right virtual desktop.

It seems that the virtual desktop switch is done before the activity switch.

clashes with bug #285053 and is in a way related to bug #307306

either needs resolution of bug #318153 first
