I noticed that 16x16 is actually only 16x14, which is less of a problem, because Qt does not upscale icons, afaik.

Yuri, looks good to me, please commit to 4.11 and merge to 4.11 to 4.12 and then merge 4.12 to master, or just commit to 4.11 and tell me to do the merges if you feel unconfortable.
