When play event sound very quickly and repeatedly, i.e. deleting files one by one very quickly inside a zip file. Or when Choqok poses an api error, then press Enter key repeatedly so that the event sound will be played many times quickly.
Then the sound volume will jump to 100% in all channels including Master and Event Sounds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play event sound very quickly and repeatedly.
Actual Results:
Sound volume will goes to 100%.

Expected Results:
Sound volume remains constant.

I have to say it makes me crazy especially when I wear a headset, the sound just becomes too loud.
