Created attachment 83629 [details] New crash information added by DrKonqi kcmshell4 () on KDE Platform 4.8.5 (4.8.5) using Qt 4.8.1 - What I was doing when the application crashed: Time was still set to where I left my computer yesterday (I'm running Ubuntu in VMWare under Windows 7 and leave my computer using Windows' suspend-to-ram). I reset the NTP server, crash occurs. Reproducible everytime, Note that the time is still updated. -- Backtrace (Reduced): #7 0x00007f99ef199bf2 in QObject::connect (sender=0x1d1e630, signal=<optimized out>, receiver=0x1ae3020, method=0x7f99df7593f1 "load()", type=Qt::AutoConnection) at kernel/qobject.cpp:2588 #8 0x00007f99ef1a195a in QSingleShotTimer::QSingleShotTimer (this=0x1d1e630, msec=5000, receiver=0x1ae3020, member=0x7f99df7593f0 "1load()") at kernel/qtimer.cpp:300 #9 0x00007f99ef1a1b0e in QTimer::singleShot (msec=5000, receiver=0x1ae3020, member=0x7f99df7593f0 "1load()") at kernel/qtimer.cpp:363 #10 0x00007f99df757840 in KclockModule::save (this=0x1ae3020) at ../../../kcontrol/dateandtime/main.cpp:109 #11 0x00007f99f02b9997 in KCModuleProxy::save (this=<optimized out>) at ../../kutils/kcmoduleproxy.cpp:279
