When dragging the globe around (by holding the left mouse button down), if the mouse goes over the Navigation item the Navigation item should ignore the mouse events. Instead, the Navigation item will consume the mouse events and will, for example, start zooming. This is disturbing as you usually don't track your mouse when "spinning the marble". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. hold left mouse button down on globe 2. while keeping the left mouse button down start rotating the globe and move the mouse over the Navigation item Zoom. Actual Results: The Globe will start to zoom in or out. Expected Results: When dragging the globe, the Navigation item should ignore mouse events.
This is issue is more general than expected. Some floating item will eat mouse move events and will stop dragging of globe. For example the NavigationFloatItem or the License float items will exhibit this behavior. Other float items, like the Compass, will not and moving the mouse over them will not interrupt globe dragging.
