Using the Brother printer installer in terminal Brother MCF885Cw appears to install OK and I get the printer appearing in the PRINTERS app. A print job appears to be accepted but the system hangs with the message "Waiting for printer to be free" , BUT I know it is FREE. (The printer is on the LAN and works perefectly with WIN7 , Linux Mint MATE/Xfce.). This is a great pity as the KDE version of LINUX MINT 15 is very good but is sadly letting itself down with poor printer installation and checking. The MATE version and Xfce versions install my Brother printer with no problems whatsoever with the PACKAGE MANAGER inserting the necessary driver via "BROTHER CUPS WRAPPER EXTRA". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Simply try to print anything from any APP. 2. 3. Actual Results: Just as before, message is "Waiting for printer to be free" Expected Results: Print
