Description Ruchir Brahmbhatt 2013-11-14 14:16:10 UTC
When sender sends email by specifying contact as below, doing reply all to that email adds my email address in cc.

"<myemail@mydomain.com>" <myemail@mydomain.com>

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive email as "<myemail@mydomain.com>" <myemail@mydomain.com>
2. Reply all to this email
Actual Results:
Sender address is in to and my address is in cc.

Expected Results:
Sender's address should be in to, cc addresses should remain as is and my email address shouldn't be there in to, cc or bcc.

This bug has only been reported for versions before 4.14, which have been unsupported for at least two years now. Can anyone tell if this bug still present?

If noone confirms this bug for a Framework-based version of kmail2 (version 5.0 or later, as part of KDE Applications 15.12 or later), it gets closed in about three months.

I'm using Kmail 4.14.10 and it seems fixed. I even forgot about it.
