kmix sets the volume to 100% when I'm logging into KDE and/or trying to delete a file (triggers a notification).

I'm on Arch Linux x86_64
KDE 4.11.3
Pulseaudio

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to delete a file/log into KDE
Actual Results:  
The volume jumps to the maximum.

Expected Results:  
Remember the volume setting.
