In root mode, when changing ownership with ''apply changes to all subfolders and their contents" not all folders are changed. I couldn't find any rule for this, just some of the subfolders at each level are skipped. The folder/subfolders structure was generated when making new folders with "sudo" - like commands, and then the folder structure was used without sudo commands and this structure is big - at the level of thousands of subfolders and files. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. With Krusader in root mode, select a folder (with a lot of subfolders) all owned by root. 2. Right-click and select "Properties" 3. Select "Permisions" - "Ownership" and change in both "User" and "Group" from "root" to some other username/group 4. Check ''apply changes to all subfolders and their contents" Actual Results: Most of the subfolders/files were changed, but not all Expected Results: It should have changed all of the subfolders/files
In the initial folder structure, not all subfolders/files were owned by root - some of them were owned by the same user/group for which the change was done.
This version of Krusader is unmantained, please update to 2.7.2 and reopen the bug if the issue is still present.
