"Diff display" too small.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* View "History" of an item
* Click "Diff previous"
Actual Results:  
See that the "Diff display" view is about 300 pixel wide only, showing both horizontal  + vertical rulers in common cases

This works fine in current git version - the dialog size of the diff window is saved and restored correctly
