Description Mariusz 2013-10-20 21:02:32 UTC
When I open some picture from camera (5MP) and when I zoom in to 100% (via middle click) and when I try to drag picture the mouse cursor is going crazy. Please see short movie to see what's going on: https://copy.com/gyAGDmZk1KZs (h264, mkv) or https://copy.com/paxmCFwBQfMU (mpeg4, avi).

I noticed this issue on desktop pc, with mouse. I also tried to reproduce this on laptop, but when using touchpad - I can't notice such issue. In that case dragging cursor and moving picture work smoothly. So it seems to be related to input device.

Reproducible: Always

openSUSE 12.3,
Qt: 4.8.4
KDE: 4.10.5 "release 1"
Gwenview: 4.10.4

Actually the cursor is not supposed to be visible while dragging (to exactly avoid the behavior you describe), not sure why it stays visible. Did you try again with the oxygen cursor theme?
Comment 2 Mariusz 2013-10-22 21:02:56 UTC
Changing cursor to oxygen results with the same issue.

The videos linked in the description are not available anymore, but I guess "dragging" refers to panning the image (opposed to drag-and-drop). If so, with a recent version of Gwenview it works fine for me, i.e. after pressing down and while moving the mouse the cursor changes to the "closed hand" style.

@Fisiu: Could you try whether you can still reproduce?
