Everything was fine even the external mouse was working. The only problem is the touchpad which is not working the moment i started the computer. already tried researching via the internet for possible solutions but didn't find any. The touchpad by the way is totally not working even the buttons (not responsive after the upgrade). here is the name of my touchpad: mlinda@DANATEQ:~$ egrep -i 'synap|alps|etps' /proc/bus/input/devices N: Name="SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad"
