can you reproduce it every time? is CUPS running? can you use a more recent version of print-manager (from KDE 4.12 preferably)? Please install debug symbols as otherwise I have no clue what caused the crash.
Ubuntu(and thus mint) doesn't provide debug packages for print-manager, so the only way to get better backtrace is build print-manager from source.
That's not likely to happen. ;o) I'll keep horsing around though and post if I find something interesting.
