-- Information about the crash:
- Had just placed the printer widget and was inspecting my settings and information. Crash, and plasma crashes now on every attempt to reload.

- Custom settings of the application: I may have been trying to view the print queue.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

can you reproduce it every time?
is CUPS running?
can you use a more recent version of print-manager (from KDE 4.12 preferably)?

Please install debug symbols as otherwise I have no clue what caused the crash.

Ubuntu(and thus mint) doesn't provide debug packages for print-manager, so the only way to get better backtrace is build print-manager from source.
