Description Mehran Kholdi 2013-10-09 19:15:12 UTC
Some of the holidays have off-by-one error.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In one of the applications supporting holidays (e.g. Calendar Widget), add "Iran" holidays (I'll assume you added the American English language)
2. Oct 16th is noted to be "Eid ul-Adha", while it should be on Oct 17th. Also Nov 1st is noted to be "Eid al-Ghadeer" while it should be on Nov 2nd.

Iranian holidays are based on Jalali + Islamic calendar.

Examined the `holidays/plan2/holiday_ir_en-us` list of holidays, and the dates are correct. So, I suppose this should be a mis-conversion from Hijri dates.
