Unable to accept or send files with other AIM users.
Voice calls and video also does not work; only basic text messages work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a chat with another AIM user
2. "Send File" option is greyed out
3. Have other user send a file
4. No option to accept the file - never arrives.

This is due to our backend not supporting it properly, see upstream bugreport https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24628 for details.
