Putting any scripts without execution permission to ~/.kde/Autostart will causes kde frozen after logined.(successed starting plasma-desktop, but system apps such as kmix will not start, and the whole desktop freezeed, cannot start any application)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create one bash script under ~/.kde/Autostart, could with no content. Keeps it with no excuting permission.
2. Logout and Login KDE again
