In saving playlists in .m3u format, the resulting file is saved in URL-encoded format. Spaces and non-ascii characters are escaped.

If I attemp to load this file on a computer running Amarok 2.7.1, it fails to find the files.

If I decode the escape sequences from the file, then amarok 2.7.1 can load the playlist correctly.
Amarok 2.8.0 can also load the playlist without escape sequences correctly.

How can it be configured so the playlist is not save in URL-encoded format?
