'Apply' is not activated in matrix dialog when settings are changed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the edit dialog on a data matrix
2. change one of the settings

Actual Results:  
Apply is not activated

Expected Results:  
Changing any of the settings should activate 'apply' and 'ok'

Appears to work fin in Master...
