Aya plasma theme panel has unnecessary one-pixel of transparent line on top, screenshot: http://oi43.tinypic.com/330yyo7.jpg (green line, because I have grass on backround).

I've editted panel-background.svgz - changed "outer panel line" color to RGBA(190,190,190,245) instead of RGBA(0,0,0,50) and got this: http://oi42.tinypic.com/wswg05.jpg

Unfortunately, krunner looks worse with this change: http://oi40.tinypic.com/21l7fo4.jpg (orignal: http://oi40.tinypic.com/29p6p3n.jpg)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just apply Aya theme from plasma-desktopthemes-artwork package


Expected Results:  
Panel shouldn't have 1px space between it and maximized window.

KDE version: 4.11.1, Aya version: 2.0.2

Thanks for reply, but, you know - it's 2018, and KDE4 is a bit outdated :D

Not using KDE5, so don't know if there is similar bug there. The ticket can be closed.
