When the clipboard(klipper) contains text and dolphin & konquror displays the option "Paste Clipboard Contents" upon right-clicking. Entering an existing filename will result in a "file already exists dialog", add the option to Append the text to the bottom of the text file alongside the existing options of suggesting a new name or overwrite.

This is a super esoteric use case. Doesn't seem likely, sorry.
