By "quick edit controls" I mean the input fields at the bottom of the bookmark editor window. They're only updated once you click on another existing bookmark. While in this "dead" state you cannot use the quick edit controls for changing the content of the currently selected entry either. Details in the "steps to reproduce". Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the bookmark editor. 2. Add a new folder, e.g. "test". Click on that folder in the tree view. The right window is now empty. The quick edit controls still contain the values from the previously selected entry. 3. Add a new entry. It gets added as the sole entry in the upper-right window. The quick edit controls are cleared to the defaults. 4. Double-click on e.g. the name or the URL in the upper-right window, edit the text, hit enter. Actual Results: After step 4 the quick edit controls are NOT updated. Furthermore, you cannot use the quick edit controls at this time in order to change the entry. Adding a second entry, selecting that one and selecting the previous entry created in step 3 will make the quick edit controls workable again. Expected Results: 1. When the currently selected entry loses focus (e.g. an empty folder is added and selected in the tree view) the quick edit controls should not contain the values for the previously selected entry anymore. 2. When adding a new entry the quick edit controls should work out of the box and not after selecting a different entry and then the newly added entry again. This is today's git revision built on Arch Linux with a package from Arch's AUR (therefore I don't know the exact revision, but I do know the date: today :) ).
The bookmarks editor is not part of Krusader.
