The position marker configurator (Settings>Configure...>Plugins>Position Marker) won't save custom colors (or default colors; there is a button that sets pretty colors) beyond a Marble restart. Instead, the position marker just uses white for trails and accuracy, rather than the listed default, Reproducible: Always
To perhaps clarify, Position Marker has some nice intended default colors for trails and gps accuracy, but they are not used at startup. Every time Marble is started, one must go into configure>plugins>position marker and click "Restore Defaults" to get, for example, a transparent pink gps accuracy overlay; otherwise an opaque black overlay is used.
Still there using version 1.12.20 (1.13 development version) under frameworks. Can anyone either confirm or give it worksforme?
Still applies; possibly related to bug 371010?
